Jennifer Fernandez earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2019. Since graduating, she has specialized in manual therapy working in the outpatient setting with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. Jennifer is also a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT) and is passionate about treating her patients with a holistic approach, integrating mindfulness and movement into an individualized program to help reach specific patient goals. She is consistently seeking out opportunities to learn and grow her knowledge and is currently studying towards becoming a Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and a Pelvic Floor Therapist to further her skills and assist a patient population she feels very passionate about.

Brienne is a BASI certified mat and apparatus Pilates instructor and former Massage Therapist. Brienne began practicing Pilates as a teenager and quickly came to appreciate the depth of the work. She loves how each session is designed for a full-body workout. She has experience training seniors, athletes, and dancers, as well as clients recovering from injury. Brienne teaches with compassion and wants to understand your goals to help you meet them, whichever your level. Her sessions are balanced and precise in movement and flow – challenging your body and mind in a supportive environment.

Marina Pozzi is a Physical Therapist and manual osteopath with a specialization in manual therapy, craniosacral therapy, visceral mobilization and Pilates rehabilitation. She has been studying and practicing for over 8 years beginning with her studies in Physical Therapy. Marina fell in love with Pilates back in 2016, first as a client, and quickly decided that becoming a certified Pilates instructor would benefit her patients’ treatment plans and outcomes. She studied Pilates at Covatech ® Pilates in Milan and has taught Classical repertoire for both fitness and rehabilitative clients.

Marina shares an integrative approach that creates opportunities for improved overall health and wellness. She has experience with patients across the lifespan and is able to adapt her approach effectively to each individual based on their unique needs. She is passionate about anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics and integrates her knowledge into a thorough treatment plan.

Marina was born and raised and Italy and is a recent transplant to NYC. She believes the combination of physical activity with high-quality movement is important to overall health. Marina has a holistic viewpoint and works to personalize each patient’s experience with empathy and enthusiasm.
